Announcements & Obituaries

It is not always easy to notify people of the death of a person, many people have numerous friends and acquaintances, which the close relatives are not aware of. Local papers offer an obituary column, and this is an ideal way of notifying friends of a death. In Fareham our main daily paper is the 'Portsmouth News'. Those who live in the 'Western Wards' are served by the 'Southampton Echo'. The 'Telegraph' and 'Times' have obituary columns, but these can be very expensive, typically over £200 per obituary.  The 'Telegraph' & 'Times' also have strict formats of what you can state in the obituary.

We can prepare these obituaries for you, and also insert them into any Newspaper you wish

Below is a sample of the 'Portsmouth News' obituary column.
