Floral tributes or donations

In the past it was always a tradition to give flowers, but in recent years, more people have requested donations in favour of a particular charity, in lieu of flowers.
We can arrange flowers for family and friends or if you prefer we can collect donations on behalf of the family and send them on to the chosen charity.

We ask that cheques are sent to us or handed in at the funeral, written out to the charity, (i.e. 'Cancer Research UK'). If cash is handed in we pay this into the separate 'charity account'. A cheque is then made out to the charity by ourselves. We would collect these cheques in and after a few weeks they would be collated and sent to the charity with details of the deceased and the family, for acknowledgement. We will also send a list to the family including the total amount of the donations and details of donors names and addresses, to allow the family to write personally. We do not charge for this service. Click here to see how much & where our clients have donated to last year

It is worth remembering that if you pay tax and donate to a charity, by completing a simple form the government will give back to the charity 28p for every pound. Click here to see simple form

Flowers can be ordered through us. We also type a list of what is said on the flower cards and this is handed to the next of kin. We can also do a photo list, or place an album of flowers and messages on the internet.
