Direct Cremation

Direct cremation, also known as Unattended Cremation, is a service we offer. It is simply arranging to be cremated without anyone in attendance. It is becoming a popular choice amongst many people who maybe “do not want to be a burden” or “don’t want any fuss”. If you think this option is for you or your loved one, then read on.

We offer this as your local independent funeral director at the competitive price of £1650. A hearsette will convey the coffin directly to the Crematorium. A basic coffin will be provided with suitable fittings and fixtures including a name plate. There will be no funeral service or attendance. The price also includes fees for the Crematorium and Medical Certificate.

We make sure you have peace of mind that your loved one is kept locally here in our Chapel of Rest in either Fareham or Gosport, whichever you choose, rather than being sent further afield like some companies choose to do.
